Big O Tires

Had an issue with my lug nut studs. As it turned out they can become worn and the threads weakened thereby making one unable to remove the nut. I called Big O and they got the job done on very short notice. After further inspection it was just one stud but several. Chad and Shaun did a great job getting me in and out of there on a busy Saturday so my daughter could get back home to LA. thanks guys

Make appt over the phone. All was ready to go when I arrived. Tires installed in less than an hour.

The customer service rep was friendly and courteous. He did make a mistake regarding the cost initially but corrected it with a detailed and satisfactory explanation. There was no pressure to purchase unnecessary services or products, which I’ve always been warned about. Being a senior female customer, I’ve concerns about being taken advantage of!
