Big O Tires

David and his crew were fantastic! He was so gracious, fixing my problem from another Big O Tire shop that went out of business the day after they sold me 4-year-old "new" tires. He replaced the tires with new ones without hesitation. He's got a new customer for life, and I will be recommending Poway Big O Tires to all my friends. David, thank you again!!

Quick informative friendly - great experience

Honesty is important. I went to the Big-O store where I had purchased my tires on Scrips Ranch for a tire rotation, and found out that the location had been taken over by a new Evans Tire Co. The service rep at Evans Tire told me that the rotation was free of charge, but that I should re-balance each of my tires when they are rotated for $17.50 per tire. This did not sound correct to me, so I went to the Big-O store on Poway road. I was greeted by David, who honored my historical purchase of tires from Big-O by rotating my tires free of charge and also repaired a tire that had a nail in it - also free of charge. I asked David about the need to "re-balance" tires when doing a tire rotation, and he informed me that tires do not need to be re-balanced during a rotation. I appreciate the honesty. As a woman, I always feel as though I am being taken advantage of when it comes to vehicle maintenance. Big-O tires on Poway road will now have my business going forward. Thank you.

Gericho is always very helpful and informative for my car and my mom's car.

I took my car in for an oil change and a second opinion for repairs. They found the same issue as previously found but for a more reasonable price. Work was able to be completed the same day and I received phone call updates. They were finished at the time promised and my car is running well. Very detailed and excellent service. I'll be back!

In spite of they being a few minutes to closing, they put my tire on and we’re friendly.

I went to Big O Poway to have a flat tire replaced. The tech checked the air pressure and torque on my spare for me and made sure it would be safe to drive until my tire arrived the next day. The counter tech was very pleasant and helpful. He called the out of state location who sold me my tires so that he could verify warranty status. He ordered my tire and it was ready the next morning as promised. The tech replaced my tire quickly and carefully put the spare back into the truck compartment in the correct way. This is my second tire repair at Big O Poway and I will be back if needed.

Rolled in with low pressure indicator and a nail in my tire. The guys at Big O had me back on the road in less than 20 minutes. Great customer service. I will be back when ready for new tires!
