Big O Tires

I have always used Big O for my oil/lube/tires/rotation/etc Used a different shop in Ramona (moved there from NV) was very unhappy from minute I walked into their shop. Big O did not disappoint me - it was a spur-of-the-moment to find the shop & get needed oil/lube/etc done. The manager? was very helpful-handled everything-answered my questions plus more. I don't know if I was suppose to get an appt - will call & check before I 'drop in' again. All Big Os in Northern CA, NV & now in Poway have been excellent experiences.

Whenever I have something to be done on my car and my wife’s car it never takes very long and the job done right the first time.

From the phone call before I came in, I already felt like Jesus was really kind and honest. I went in and had a great experience. They got the job done for a good price. Happy with their work and will return.

The tires purchased were for my 5th wheel trailer, they were to replace my previous BIG O tires which were date coded as 12 years old. I need to go across country and need dependable tires. These tires have a 50K warranty so I hope there will be no issue.

I needed new tires ASAP. The guys in Poway first installed a 2"�leveling kit on my F150. Then, we discussed tire sizes. They actually took an old tire and mounted it to see how it would look. We decided to go with a larger size. The guys were very accommodating bd ordered a second set of tires. My next set will be bought here.

The staff was friendly, knew how to deal with a fleet vehicle and got the job done quickly.
