Big O Tires

I came in with a slow flat. The tire had been purchased at the now closed Scripps Summit location. I didn't have anything to prove it, but was still treated like a returning customer. They checked the tire and found I had run into a patchable "road hazard". The tire was fixed and I was on the road within half an hour without charge. I couldn't have had better service...

I had 2 new tires purchased, oil changed and wheel alignment I was there on a Friday afternoon about 2:45p and probably left about 430p. It seemed to take a while but I was very comfortable watching tv. I did have to return because my steering wheel was vibrating and Dave advised me it maybe tires. I returned on Monday morning and Dave personally took care of me. Thank you!!!
