Excellent Service!! We purchased our tires from Big O and have been pleased ever since. Last week after a yoga class I got in my car only to find that one of my tires was low. I examined the tire and found a nail stuck in the center of the tire. My husband called Big O and they got my car in immediately. They not only repaired the tire but rotated all the tires for free. I was in and out within the hour! Thank You Big O for quick, friendly service!

Jericho offered clear information about the tires and my car needs. He also shared clear information about the rebate process for the purchase of 4 tires and all worked out exactly as he stated! I also appreciate that he came out to meet me when I arrived at my appointment time!
