My wife bought her tires there and so far has gone twice for oil change/tire rotation, we love this spot. Definitely have become long term customers due to the affordable prices

They answered all my questions over the phone when I called for pricing and an appointment. They had an opening the same day, the prices were great and all fees/options explained clearly to me. Upon arrival I received a written estimate and the work performed immediately. They were fast, friendly and courteous. Couldn't ask for more.

I was using O Tires for years when I lived up North and was always pleased. I moved to San Diego and will continue to use them. As a single older female it is important that I go to a place that will not have me buy services that I really don't need. So I am please to be using them again.

Jericho took care of me very well ordered my tires and recommended a few things for my car which I I probably need it my car gets driven only once a week I’m a handicap person and just wanted tires are old and they need to be replaced all need to be done for my warrantee and to get new wiper blades and I got an alignment for it which Jericho informed me there was off a bit on the alignment but the rest of the car was good to go and I was happy with the service like better the dealership dealership they try to sell you everything but I was very please and yes I would recommend is this big O tire two more of my friends and my neighbors outstanding job they give them a rate it out of 10 perfect and as for the manager of Jericho he was awesome I will deal with him againThat man deserves a pat on the back he was either he’s a good manager if he was a manager there he did his job very well and I can see why people go there that go there thank you very much have a great day my name is Mr. Kelly in Poway California
