The price is what brought me in that day, a special offered online. I plan on bringing my truck next week. The guy who checked me in was very pleasant and professional. Although it took a little longer than expected, he did let me know his mechanic had just left for lunch, so that was the reason it took longer. I will try not to make an appointment at noon again. Not complaining, especially since he told me as he was checking me in. Otherwise everything was as promised.

Was in the San Diego area for a wedding and unfortunately got a flat! We needed to leave super early the next morning and Big O Tires was one of the few tire stores open close to 7am. They got us in 15 min befor opening and had us out the door and on the road in 15min. Would definitely recommend the Big O in poway

I had a coupon they honored for an oil change. It ended up costing me a little more to use a new oil for a 2016 car, but it came with a free tire rotation. I did not get asked or offered a free alignment. However, I was beyond impressed with the staff, the store, the speed of completion. My son was down the street getting his haircut, and BigO had me out in under an hour, close to 30 min., It was excellent. I am totally yelping and sharing with everyone I know how great this experience was.
