Big O Tires

Not only was the service quick because I had an appt, but the employees there are super friendly. I won't go to Ford any more for my service unless it is warranty work because even with an appt they take way too long!!

From beginning to end I was treated with courtesy and professionalism. The counter sales rep was knowledgeable and helped to educate me on gas station gouges and shop gouges. I was asked if I was looking for inexpensive but good or top of the line and good. I appreciated not being pressured and my choice respected. I was told either way, with my car type, it would affect the mileage I would be getting. I also paid for an alignment and was informed the wait time would be about 90 minutes. All the work was completed in 60 minutes. Very happy with them and I will definately come here again. btw, I was told I only needed 2 tires but opted to buy all 4 instead. This is a trustworthy business and not the first time I've had this experience with this. Big O Tires really is the best around. I've been to other places, and you will not get Big O's level of competence or service.
