When I came in I was greeted right away by Jericho. He was very attentive and helped me through the new tire process. The gentleman who did my tire change was great. He did inform me about some defects on my lug bolts and gave me options that made it easier for me for if in the future I had any tire issues. The guys here took care of me and made it a smooth ride for me at the end of the day. Highly recommend this Big O tire store. Always be my go too spot.

I had an oil change appointment, showed up 15 minutes late. They took me right in and had my service completed in less than a half hour. I'll definitely be going back. It's really hard finding a place you can trust, especially in the automotive world. Big O Tires has earned my trust.

Big O offers great convenience, I. checked online and they had many tires in stock compared to three other tire stores, so I could get the tires I wanted, and get an appointment quickly, via online appointment setter, and a quote, and be out quickly. The staff were polite and very accommodating with explanations and time. However, the price matching is not offered, as at some other facilities. Maybe negotiating to shave even a little off the install price, even 10 or so dollars, to compete, would be great. One reason I ended up going to Big O was that the quote I received gave me the price with the 100 dollar rebate, so my final price in the quote was less the rebate. However, it was not stated in the quote, nor did I see online, that the rebate required setting up a credit account with Big O. I felt that was a little deceptive. Also the quote you get with the online appointment does not give the install price. I had to call twice to get that part of the quote. So probably in the future I will order my tires ahead and wait the 5 to 10 days to get them with Costco. Otherwise Big O offers great stock, convenience and good customer service.

I’m a busy working mom so I’m always on the clock. They took care of my Dodge Charger in a few minutes they change my new tire. I was ready to go on the road. I’m very satisfied with the customer service and the job they did on my car.

At 73000 miles, I only had one suspension bad, why did I need both front and back suspensions replaced which wre very expensive. Was I loaded up with unnecessary repairA??

My daughter ran over something and had a pretty severe cut in one tire. I was able to select the replacement tire and schedule an appointment online. Although I was able to see the tire price, there was no price quoted for mounting, balancing, etc. I would preferred to have that information upfront. Once I arrived, the Big O team did a great job. The technician not only swapped the tire, he checked/set the pressure on the remaining tires and the spare. He then stowed the spare completely so I didn't have to do anything once I left.

I came in for a synthetic oil change and had a coupon that included checking all my fluids and topping them off as well. Fast forward.... two days later I go to use my window wipers and spray the window and very little fluid came out. So when I stopped to get gas, I checked the window wiper fluid compartment and it was empty. They did not check my fluids. I had to purchase my own fluid and fill it up because they dropped the ball on that. So, with small things like that, it makes you wonder how many corners do they cut exactly or was this just a "fluke" deal? Only the store knows.

Service was fast. Explain everything and the price was good
