Big O Tires

This is my first time here - I transferred from the Scripps Poway Parkway location. Shaun was very helpful and they got everything in a good time since I had to wait.

I feel I was given a great price for the tires I purchased. It was actually less than what Costco quoted me. I went to play golf while my tires were being installed an was unable to pick up. There was a very nice worker who was staying late to work on a few cars and he was able to get me my keys after hours.

Rating really 4.5. Had an alignment. Only comment I have is that it would have been nice to have gotten the print out of the alignment stats before and after. I was just shown from a distance the paper that showed the car was out of alignment (have to assume it was for my car), but never got that copy and never got the copy that showed everything was aligned up properly. Maybe you guys just forgot and I also forgot to ask. In previous alignments there I have gotten both copies. Otherwise service was fine...

Brought both cars for an alignment and with appoinment both time took less han 40 minutes. Counter staff is friendly and treated with professional.

Brought my truck back with some leveling spacers after buying large tires. The staff tried to put them in and unfortunately they did not fit because the shocks I had were already taller than stock. They tried their best to make it work and communicated with me the entire time on the process. Both Kevin and Jesus were great to me. Will bring my vehicles back.

Only complaint I have is that I had a 12 noon appointment. Car sat in parking lot till 1240pm. Think I would have done just as good if I had just walked in without an appointment, as it didn't seem to matter. Told service would take about 1.5 hrs and it did once they actually started to work on the car. This car has had an on going rear end alignment problem that I hope they have fixed once and for all. Overall happy with the service and the tires I got. And will be especially happy if alignment is permanently fixed as have been going through rear tires every few thousand miles. Ugh!
