Big O Tires

A screw caused a slow leak in my rear tire. I inflated it and went to Big O in Poway. I had a lot I had to do that day, so I was glad that they could put me on the schedule for when to come back. I think I was there for at most 15 minutes and then back on the road.

The team at Big O take care of business they won't screw you... Had a screw in my tire & they fix it with in an hour.... Don't get screwed give Big O a try!!Dano

Tammy was very friendly. She took the time to locate our account at another store. The work was done quickly.

The service was efficient and the product has been good so far. It was an completed in a timely manner.

Went in to shop after the location I use closed up. Was greeted and taken care of promptly. Also during the proper full inspection they found my brakes in need of replacing. Work was completed promptly and correctly.

I always choose to go to this particular Big O Tires because I feel that the customer service is better than any other tire place in the area. I typically get overwhelmed and anxious when someone comes across as ‘pushy’ and tries to up sell me on things. Most of the time I’ll have my husband come with me to wherever I need to get car work done. This isn’t the case here. I can confidently get my car serviced on my own and know that any suggestions made aren’t just to sucker me out of an extra buck and that the employees genuinely are trying to help me out

I have been going to Big O Poway for several years now, mind you it may only be once a year but. I've bought tires, shocks and alignments. The manager of this shop as I walked in the door asked me how my 2004 Tundra was doing even tho I was in my wife's car to get a tire repaired. Plus I'm wearing a mask and yet he recognized me. That is a person you want representing your company. Yes I recommend Big Poway to anybody who asks who I trust with my vehicles.

On the phone, I told someone at your store (don't recall the name) that I needed a Yokohama Avid Ascend and I gave you the tire size. You told me it would be ready in the next day. Two days later I arrived and David and I found that a Sumutomo (sp?) tire was ordered by mistake. David admitted that they made a mistake, was very professional, and ordered the correct tire. The next day I got my tire. The staff was very helpful and the service was very fast. Mistakes happen but the speed and honesty of the service will bring me back next time I need tires.

I had an appointment elsewhere in the afternoon. The crew worked my car in and had everything done in time for me to get to my appointment.

I wanted the cheapest possible tires for my Honda Fit. I did not care for anything more than just being able to drive the car safely, since I plan on selling this car within the next year or two. I am glad that Big O Tires had affordable and honestly very decent tires. I booked online, then called to confirm. I also added an oil change to my service which went through flawlessly. Overall, it's a great place. I wanted to get tires for my Mercedes AMG C43 as well but it seems like these tires wont come for a few weeks.

The location I usually go to closed. This was my first visit to this location. Very helpful staff.
