I have been bringing my cars here for years. The staff is always very friendly and knowledgeable. The pricing is reasonable. Service is always done in a timely manner.

Told me of upcoming service needs but was not pushing a hard sell. Very professional service.

Friendly and fair

I had made an appointment. Then called to confirm my vehicle and that I was coming for a front end alignment. When I got there, I was told that my truck was too big for them to align. Would have been nice if they told me that when I called.

I came in because I had a slow leak in one of my tires and wanted it repaired. I was disappointed when I found that Big O Tires does not have a centralized computer system. They keep separate records at each store, making it impossible for the personnel to have any idea of how long it has been since my tires were rotated, etc. I did call ahead but still waited about an hour. I also would have appreciated if, while buying the tires originally--and being told that all repairs of this nature were free--they had told me that there would b a small charge for the "sensor kit" of the tire. It was only $7-$8 but it's something that should be told to the customer. So far my tire is not leaking, though, and that is the important thing!

While customer service people are great.! Break service may be a little higher here, not only you get charged 12.99 for the brake fluid you also get a charge of $67 To put it in and prime the line to bleed the breaks! Unhappy with that service.!!!

This is the only place I go to get work done for my car. Darius was extremely helpful. I got a new battery a few months ago from here and somehow the battery died last week. They replaced my battery free of charge. I also needed new rotors and Darius provided me with all the information in a timely fashion. The owner was also helpful and provided me with the information I needed. I highly recommend this location for all the car work you need done.

Even with an appt it took much longer than I thought

When I got home, I checked under my hood to make sure oil cap was on right, and that oil was full. That was all good, but noticed the cap for brake fluid was not put back on. That would of been horrible for my brakes if I hadn't noticed right away. I called the store to let them know. They said they would leave message for Manager. He called me shortly to apologize, and offered to put my new lug nuts on for me. I will take him up on that when my lugs are in.

All the employees are great! Wok done was spot on with no surprises.

I took my car in a total of 3 times for the same occurring issue and it was never truly fixed and everytime I took it in the manager wanted to charge me 150.00 to inspect it the last time I took my car in I ended up in tears with my 2 yr old in my arms from frustration

I recently purchased 4new tires for my Camry, the service was excellent and I'm happy for choosing BiG O of Poway.

Sorry, Dave, but I can no longer recommend Big-O in Poway, based on my experience today! A few months ago, Kevin and staff provided me with great service at a good price (but it was still over $600.00). When I called today for prices on service needed, I learned that Kevin was no longer there. The new guy kept changing prices on me (and, after applying a coupon to the quote, he quoted me an even higher price!). I asked him to figure out the exact and accurate prices, and call me back. An hour and a half later, he called back and just said "I don't remember the prices, so whatever I told you before, I'll honor." My policy: If the guy quoting the price for something can't even add simple numbers, stay away!

David, My father recommended me having you change my tires vs. Costco (who I use). He said you were great and that you have balanced his tires for free in the past. We called and spoke with Sean. I didn't know the details of my tires and he said he would check and call me right back which never happened. We called back and gave him the details and then came and visited. When presented the invoice he slipped in the warranty. When I inquired he said it was extra and that I didn't have to pay for it. When checking the alignment the lift was raised slightly, I was checking out and watched the tech pull my car off the lift while still raised and I heard a noise like the front fender caught something while backing up. I asked Sean about the noise and he said not to worry about it because my car had ample clearance and that the lift will make noise when pulling a car. He kinda just brushed off my concern. As the owner I think you would want to know all of this. The lack of attention especially as a referral was disappointing. It not one instance that is why I am writing the review it's the sum total of all of them. Sean was pleasant but clearly overwhelmed or at the end of his shift.

These guys are always so friendly and helpful. I first went to big o tires in temecula because I had a flat tire and my road side assistance took me there, they were rude and provided a bad experience. I live in poway so I came to this location because the temecula location didnt reset my lights and I've been going here ever since.
