Quick service, friendly people.

I had an alignment done on my car before leaving Salt Lake City. This alignment window was done at the Fiat dealer. I needed new tires by the time I made it to San Diego. The man I spoke with in San Diego knew what he was talking about and did the best job I’ve ever had on my car. It drives like a normal car now I so appreciate the job he did.

Service was great! Came in with a flat that was unrepairable. The guys set me up with the same new tire and even threw in a rotation. Speedy, courteous and reliable service from Big O Poway.

I used to go to a "pre-franchise" Big O that closed and went to this current one in Poway since they would honor previous deals (free tire rotation, etc.), but the owner and staff are not like other shops and my wife and I will still go out of our way to use their service for new work--even if an Evans is within walking distance. Highly recommend you use the Poway shop as a model for other Big O's.

The shop was able to work me in on short notice, which was very helpful as my husband needed to have the car for work that day and we had a blowout and were driving on a donut tire. They worked quickly and explained what they did and explained some other maintenance that will need to be done in the near future.

They were great. Zero hassle.

Staff were friendly and they had my vehicle into a bay as soon as one was freed up. Was a little longer than I expected while having an appointment time scheduled. I had to ask for a windshield sticker reminder after the service was completed and they helped get me one right away. I had to reset my mileage indicator after the service.

I recently moved to this area and I am very pleased with service I received at Poway Big O.

The staff was friendly ,he explained the difference in the tires . They was fast and I was a walk in .gave me advice on where I could walk to and have lunch while I waited for my 4 new tires to be installed . Got back and enjoy a polite conversation with one of the service techs . Then car was ready on time like he said no hidden surprise.and it was done

Gizmo was amazing. I use a mobility van and it takes time for me to transfer from the driver’s seat to my power wheelchair and then deploy ramp and exit vehicle. He came out to talk to me. Great service!!
