Gizmo was amazing and walked me through the entire process for purchasing tires for my Tesla. He was an expert in the field and even was able to locate the rear tires were no other tire company in the town get them. I am very very pleased and he was extremely professional so I will definitely recommend others to use big O tires in Poway.

I brought a blown tire, purchased just a month earlier at Big O, in for repair or replacement. The tire was destroyed by my idiocy. It was not the tire's fault. I left the car there just at closing time and picked it up with a new tire attached the next morning. Total cost was $44 because a warranty I had purchased. My only complaint is that the alignment wasn't checked. The guy said I had waved it, which I had not. It never came up.

I got in and out within a short period of time. I was the only customer but they got right on it. The check in associate was very informative and kept me updated on progress. I was also happy I could make an appointment the same day I needed service and the tires I wanted were in stock

Great timely service

Awesome service! My mobility scooter had a flat tire and we were having trouble finding anyone willing to fix it. We took it in to Big O Tires in Poway and Gizmo said no problem, he would take care of it. And he did! So thankful to have my scooter back and very grateful how Gizmo and his crew took care of us. Glad they are part of our community.
