The tire re-balancing, rotation and wheel alignment were done expeditiously. I drove my car on the freeway immediately after the work was performed and I am totally satisfied with it. My 20 year old Lexus LS 400 performed like it was when I first bought it. There was no shaking and /or vibration at over 70 miles an hours speed. Nice work!

I received a mailer with a promotion to repair flats at zero cost regardless of you purchased the tires from Big O. I called the shop closest to my home and they were very happy to accept the promo. All they asked was that I bring in the mailer. I was early to my appt the service rep said no problem. My car was done much earlier than I expected.
