Big O Tires

I had a fast leaking tire one late afternoon. I had an evening appointment and also needed to drive to the airport early the next day, so no time to waste. I called Big O Tires near my house and they were able to accommodate me with short notice. Luckily there weren't that many people waiting for their car at the time. They patched my tire within an hour and I was on my way. Service was excellent and the cost wasn't that much.

I have been taking my cars here for a couple of years now. They are upfront and honest and I never feel like services, that are not needed, are pushed on me. Pricing also seems fair and in tune with the average costs in the area. Also, the staff has never been anything but friendly.

I have had my car repaired at the San Clemente store several times. I have always found the technicians at this store extremely friendly and welcoming. Additionally, pricing seemed to be fair and appropriate for the services rendered. For these reasons, I would definitely recommend this store to friends and family.

My wife's tires had been driven down to the metal before she called me in a panic not knowing why the cars alignment was so off or the wheels were screeching. When I showed up to meet her I couldn't believe she was driving on them in that condition. It was Sunday and 4 out of the 5 different tire stores I called were all closed except for Big 0 Tires in San Clemente. These guys picked up the phone immediately told me to bring it in and to drive safe, the second I pulled in they had a site survey guy out there taking measurements, checking damage, etc. He even had the courtesy to tell me that while the two front tires needed immediate replacement the back two could probably get a few hundred more miles out of them if I didn't want to bite the bullet on replacing all four. I opted for all four anyway and was happy i did it. 90min later I had full alignment, 4 new tires and had my wife and kid back in a safe car. These guys are hands down solid, honest, professional and quick! Good deal too! Thanks!

i purchased tires from another outlet; big mistake since i could have purchased them for less at Big o and had them installed. will not make the same mistake. have come to this location in the past for other services and will now continue to do so. willl not be searching for other deals

Went in for new tiers, everyone was very nice and service was fast!

Knocked my tire off the rim by accident and the friendly, professional technicians inspected the tires, found them unpunctured, and replaced it on the rim at no charge. They could have tacked on a bogus patch fee if they wanted to and I wouldn't have known the difference, but instead did me a solid. Thanks, Big O!

I brought both of my Toyota Rav4 in for maintenance on Sunday dec 20th. I was expecting to have to replace my rear brakes on each car but was pleasantly suprised when both Adam and Ryan said the breaks looked good for a few more months. Adam also reminded me of a bigger maintenance for my cars when they reach 105k miles. I will be taking both cars back when the time comes to replace my breaks and any other maintenance that is required
