I had my oil changed, tires rotated and balanced and it solved my vibrating problem. The staff is so ready to help me understand my car and how it works.

Trustworthy and honest.They did not try to sell me like other places do. Friendly and knowledgeable staff.

I came to the Big O Tire store in San Clemente because of a special; buy 2/get 2 tires free in mid May. I was required to purachase an alignment package and extended warranity, which was fine, as the price of the package was less than what I had found for 4 tires when I shopped around, and less than the 4 tires I had purchased several years earlier. I also thought I needed my front and rear brakes done, being told it was time by my car dealership. After a check over by the mechanic and manager at your store, I was told I could wait! So I will and return in the near future for this service. All of the staff was friendly and professional on the phone when I first called about setting an appointment, and in person when I came in for my service. I appreciate the honest and comprehensive attention I received the day that I visited.

Had the opportunity to get my tires a lot cheaper at Costco. However, I like supporting small business owners and the owner just went above and beyond to help me. I decided to go with Big O Tires and pay the extra $250.00 dollars it ended up costing. Yeah, crazy and even the owner told me to go to Costco because it was a great price. Honest, respect and looking out for my pocket was first on the owners mind. That says a lot about someone and helped me know I made the right decision in investing in his franchise. Definitely was worth the extra money. Great guy and a great place.

I have taken 6 vehicles to the location over the course of 15 plus years. The staff is awesome and if they don’t have what I want, they will get it. Great staff

Mike and the guys were amazing! I went in for two tires an a alignment but they pointed out that my tie rod ends were busted so the alignment would of gave false reading so I didn't get alignment done but I will be back in a few weeks for two new rear tires and the alignment!
