Big O Tires

I love the fast efficient service& comfortable waiting room & restroom. I really enjoy the aquarium & the fish. They are beautiful. Coffee is good too.

The employees are always kind and welcoming. Big O never tries to nickel and dime us and tells us exactly what is or isn’t wrong with our cars. We will forever bring our cars here because of the service we receive!

Big O changed the oil in my daughter's 2004 BMW as well as provided information on other issues with the vehicle. Her service tech was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. The only change I would ask for is a way to pay by credit card over the phone or online.

I was immediately met upon bringOmg my vehicle to the store by one of the managers at my pre-arranged appointment time. I was purchasing 4 new tires as well as an oil change maintenance. I left to run other errands and was called, within the time-frame I was given for completion, that the vehicle was ready. Excellent service, very friendly and professional. My vehicle has a very smooth ride now.

They replaced my tires a couple of weeks ago, were up front that the only one that needed to be replaced was the one that blew out on the freeway, the rest had at least 5k miles left on them.

In town from Phoenix and got a piece of glass in my tire which caused it to go flat. I was actually headed to Holley Tire but pulled into Big O. The manager (from Ohio) greeted me at my car. I told him of my problem, and he and his staff took care of it in short order. When I asked how much I owed, he said nothing. I was shocked cuz nothing in free in San Clemente. Thank you Big O. I now know why you are a five star business.

Friendly service! I thought I needed a new tire because I had been losing air pressure, but they checked it out and repaired a puncture which saved me a lot of money. Very much appreciated! They even let me keep the screw that was in the tire. They were helpful, friendly, and sociable. I waited while they worked on my car, enjoyed a meal across the street, and received a call right at the estimated time they gave me. I have absolutely no complaints and will be returning next time I need work on my tires. Thank you!

I absolutely love this place. The guys are always super friendly and helpful. Not to mention the price for an oil change and all of the things they check along with it is a great deal. They never try to sell me something I don't need which I appreciate immensely. Best place I've found in the area.
