Big O Tires

These guys are great. They are the only place I take my car for oil changes and more in San Clemente. Super friendly staff. They are always helpful in answering any questions I have and have never tried to upsell me things I don't need. You won't find a better spot.

Service was excellent. I came in right before closing with a nail I my tire. They were professional, prompt, understanding and got four new tires on my vehicle quickly and checked my fluids for me too. Great service would highly recommend.

I've been a patron of Big O Tires for several years, at various locations and with various vehicles. This particular visit allowed me to take advantage of Big O's free flat repair service for Big O branded tires. They had me in and out in about 20 minutes on a Saturday afternoon.

I have always gotten excellent service at Big O in San Clemente.

The most honest guys in town

Fixed a flat I got while on vacation there. Some of the best service I have ever had from a tire place. I am due for new tires soon and will probably go to Big O at home for them when the time comes.

Mark made my experience very quick and easy. He was honest about what needed to be fixed and what didn't. He also was very informative about how the tires wear, proper balance and alignment and the difference between the front and rear tires. He also showed me how to check them for replacement. I came only a couple hours before closing, but Mark did not act annoyed in any way and made sure that I would have my car back before the end of the day. They had my tires replaced in less than 2 hours, and the price was very fair. I was also given the option for a warranty covering any incidents (such as a nail in the tire, which is what brought me in to begin with) for a reasonable price. It's also very convenient that the tires are covered by any big-o facility. Thank you for making what started off as a horrible day, much better.
