I had a screw in my tire which I couldn't see, but I could hear a funny sound. Big O found it, repaired it and balanced and realigned my tires. So appreciate them taking my safety seriously!

Had a long stay but all came out fine.

Mark was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Also, my vehicle was repaired in one day which was unbelievable. Great service!!!

I hope 5 was for excellent because eve since the first time. I brought my truck here the staff has always been super friendly and honest. Even when I call about something they are very courteous and patient if I have a lot of questions. They are also very transparent when something is wrong with my car and I need to fix it. I feel like customer service is a lost art but they nailed it. And the main office always smells so fresh and the fish tank is peaceful to look at while you wait. I will be a customer for life there. :)

I had a suspension problem that the folks a Big O were able to diagnose and take care of the same day I brought the car in. They also found a potential problem that might arise in the future and brought it to my attention. There was no 'hard sell', just an informative discussion. I opted to have the additional service done and brought my car back a couple of days later when the parts were available. I feel like I added a few extra years to the life of my car, thanks to Big O of San Clemente!

Great experience. I had a flat tire and bought a new tire. I got a great deal. I bought a New tire, balanced, tires rotated, and picked up the 29 bucks lube and oil change. (Synthetic blend too). All under $150. Winner winner chicken dinner.

Great and friendly service

I previously had my tire service done with a competitor who could not care if I was there or not. Your manager greeted me with a smile and a can do attitude. Additionally your price was 10% below the other store. Price is always important but the customer service given by your staff closed the deal. Thank you Chick Richardson

Best new tire buying experience ever!

We take our vehicles on a regular basis to this big O tire. They always do a good job and we trust them. This was unusual noise and they spent an hour with three guys trying to find it including a road test and up on the rack, they gave me some very good information and said that that's not the type of repairs they do. At no charge! I repeat three men spent 30 minutes diagnosing a repair that they felt was not in their Scope of repairs ,and there was no charge!!!

Mark helped me with 4 new tires and recommended back brakes...no pressure. I'll make an appointment and go back for the brakes
