Brandon and the crew at this location are fantastic - honest, knowledgeable and just plain ol' nice - I may get my car serviced at my dealership but I will always come to Big O in SC for my tires...

They squeezed me in on a Friday evening just before closing sing to fix a slow leaker. Very courteous team!

The People that work here go out of their way to make an unpleasant situation the least painful as possible.They are very courteous at all times.I recommend their service to anybody who needs repairs on their car.

I blew a tire on Sat afternoon close to closing time on my way back to LA. The Big O Tires team leapt to my rescue replacing all 4 tires in record time and with fantastic customer service. Recommend these guys big time. THANKS!

Big O changed the oil in my daughter's 2004 BMW as well as provided information on other issues with the vehicle. Her service tech was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. The only change I would ask for is a way to pay by credit card over the phone or online.

They replaced my tires a couple of weeks ago, were up front that the only one that needed to be replaced was the one that blew out on the freeway, the rest had at least 5k miles left on them.

In town from Phoenix and got a piece of glass in my tire which caused it to go flat. I was actually headed to Holley Tire but pulled into Big O. The manager (from Ohio) greeted me at my car. I told him of my problem, and he and his staff took care of it in short order. When I asked how much I owed, he said nothing. I was shocked cuz nothing in free in San Clemente. Thank you Big O. I now know why you are a five star business.

Great service, and on time. Had a appt and was in and out. I was recommended a different tire than what I have planned on purchasing and it is a great tire. Rides smooth and quit. They definitely earned a repeat customer with me and I will recommend the San Clemente, Ca location to everyone I know.
