Great people and great quality service. Having to get your car fixed is no fun but the guys at Big O Tires make it an enjoyable process. They are professional and friendly and fix my car quickly every time.

Front desk customer service rep at the beginning of my service visit did not smile or make me feel welcome. Later another rep came in and he was totally different. Big smile and friendly.

Went in Saturday and told them I was making a very long trip in my car and to please check it out carefully. Brandon was very attentive and went over everything that I needed done and prioritized it for me. Was out well before noon and feeling good about my drive coming up! Thank you all!

Had recently purchased new tires at another store but they didn't offer alignment so came to your store. Was greeted by Jason and then he and Johnny worked on my Cherie truck. Checked the alignment when I got back on the freeway.... it was PERFECT! I even purchased your alignment warranty. Altogether a wonderful experience. The guys were so nice.

thank you for recognising my problem from the moment I drove in, I think it was Drew a mechanic who listened to my lame diagnosis, came on a test drive, introduced me to Mark Marsh, and from then onwards kept me informed of the problems, the cause, the cure, and ultimately the finished results when I drove away, feeling much safer than when I pulled in. Have to commend Mark on his knowledge, his professional customer service, and pleasant and friendly manner. I shall now come back to Big O Tires from now on and also interested to know that they offer oil changes in addition to a tire service. Thank you again.

I went in to have my tires rotated. Chris the Manager was very nice and it took no time to get the tires rotated. Very clean and well run shop! Thanks!

Great experience. Mike was very professional and helpful. They did not have the exact tire that I priced out on the website so Mike upgraded me at the same price. When we picked the car up Nicole was also very nice and helpful.

I was stuck between Orange County and San Diego with a bad tire and needed a quick fix to get to a meeting. Darren and his team were excellent. They replaced two front tires and had me back on the road in record time (almost too fast, barely finished my complimentary coffee). The gang in San Clementedid a great job. Thanks.

My wife's tires had been driven down to the metal before she called me in a panic not knowing why the cars alignment was so off or the wheels were screeching. When I showed up to meet her I couldn't believe she was driving on them in that condition. It was Sunday and 4 out of the 5 different tire stores I called were all closed except for Big 0 Tires in San Clemente. These guys picked up the phone immediately told me to bring it in and to drive safe, the second I pulled in they had a site survey guy out there taking measurements, checking damage, etc. He even had the courtesy to tell me that while the two front tires needed immediate replacement the back two could probably get a few hundred more miles out of them if I didn't want to bite the bullet on replacing all four. I opted for all four anyway and was happy i did it. 90min later I had full alignment, 4 new tires and had my wife and kid back in a safe car. These guys are hands down solid, honest, professional and quick! Good deal too! Thanks!
