This form is badly formed. The top section scale makes sense, but I had to assume the "1 to 5 section" is a "worse to best scale." There needs to be a legend explaining the scale there also. Thank you.

Called and talked to Mark and gave him Tire number and he ordered and asked me to bring in Wheel so they could mount as soon as delivered, Gave me a time and when I arrived they immediately mounted new tire and stored spare. Excellent Service. Thanks!

Bought tires 5 months ago and had a great experience. Just had a nail problem. Brought the tire in and within an hour it was repaired and ready to go.

Not only did they take care of my tires, but pointed out correctly the suspension problem and told me what additional work that I need to take care of: front shocks, and rear brakes.They also followed up with a call the next day to see how I was doing.

I've used these guys for years now. I go out of my way to give them my business. Always accommodating and there's a good restaurant across the street while you wait.

I had a fast leaking tire one late afternoon. I had an evening appointment and also needed to drive to the airport early the next day, so no time to waste. I called Big O Tires near my house and they were able to accommodate me with short notice. Luckily there weren't that many people waiting for their car at the time. They patched my tire within an hour and I was on my way. Service was excellent and the cost wasn't that much.
