Coming off the 5 freeway to get coffee and noticing an almost flat tire is no fun. Not familiar with the San Clemente area, I asked about a tire store. Big O was suggested and very close. The customer care I was given by Mark could not have been better. Not expecting to have to purchase 4 brand new tires, he gave me three quotes of comparable tires with printouts of all details (my balance and alignment was included). I was comfortable with my coffee and Kindle.....and the sea breezes. Easy 1-1/2 hour. Thank you Big O.
