Mark was my custmer service contact at the San Clemente store. He answered all questions and concerns I had. He gave me all my options and wasn't pushy when I made my decision. Service day was quick. They gave me an original time estimate and actually finished in half the time.

This is the 2nd vehicle we have brought in for new tires. Just like the 1st time, you guys answered all of our questions honestly, provided great service and were friendly. Couldn't ask for more, thanks for everything.

I was greeted quickly, the process was very efficient, and the oil change was done within an hour and a half dropping off my car.

Always enjoy this location and would like to thank Mark for his welcome and professional diagnosis of the two issues I had. Not only did he explain in detail what the problems were, he noted them down on my paperwork so that Big-O tires in Irvine were aware of the situation. The only reason I chose to have the repairs done in Irvine was simply logistics as I live very close by and Irvine offered a shuttle service to and from my home while they worked on the car. It is a pleasure to have great customer service. Thank you.

I was not going to be able to get my car until the next day. Due to a waiting for parts for other cars they jumped mine ahead and got it done. Excellent time management.
