Big O Tires

I hope 5 was for excellent because eve since the first time. I brought my truck here the staff has always been super friendly and honest. Even when I call about something they are very courteous and patient if I have a lot of questions. They are also very transparent when something is wrong with my car and I need to fix it. I feel like customer service is a lost art but they nailed it. And the main office always smells so fresh and the fish tank is peaceful to look at while you wait. I will be a customer for life there. :)

I had a suspension problem that the folks a Big O were able to diagnose and take care of the same day I brought the car in. They also found a potential problem that might arise in the future and brought it to my attention. There was no 'hard sell', just an informative discussion. I opted to have the additional service done and brought my car back a couple of days later when the parts were available. I feel like I added a few extra years to the life of my car, thanks to Big O of San Clemente!

As usual, great customer service helping me figure out a problem with my vehicle. Team is always happy to help. thank you!

I always get fabulous service at Big O Tires and they are fair on prices and their customer service is tops.

I previously had my tire service done with a competitor who could not care if I was there or not. Your manager greeted me with a smile and a can do attitude. Additionally your price was 10% below the other store. Price is always important but the customer service given by your staff closed the deal. Thank you Chick Richardson

The manager I believe his name is Chris at the San Clemente el Camino real location. Honestly the only reason I did this survey was to speak so highly of him. He has assisted me at least 5 times is always super friendly and on point. Everyone that works there is really fantastic. I’ve never had a bad experience dealing with anyone there. Always go above and beyond. I never feel pressured and always feel like I get honest answers. As a single mom not feeling like your being ripped off is huge. I have been quoted other places for less money and I always go there, because of the staff

We take our vehicles on a regular basis to this big O tire. They always do a good job and we trust them. This was unusual noise and they spent an hour with three guys trying to find it including a road test and up on the rack, they gave me some very good information and said that that's not the type of repairs they do. At no charge! I repeat three men spent 30 minutes diagnosing a repair that they felt was not in their Scope of repairs ,and there was no charge!!!

They had the tires I wanted in stock. I was able to drop the car off to have the tires changed.

Everyone at Big O Tires seen Clemente have always been attentive, friendly, knowledgeable, and ultimately concerned with doing the job right the first time, at a fair price, and in a timely manner. Highly recommend thyme anytime in asked about vehicle service and/or repair.

Trust what they tell me and they do what they say. On time delivery of the requested service and they only recommend what is really needed

I got a flat tire on the freeway and I was taken to the tire shop to replace my tire. The service was fast Dylan did an excellent job. My family and I we were able to get back on the road to Legoland.

They are always friendly, treat you with respect, they answer all my questions even if I have a difficult time convey my question due to lack of knowledge, and most importantly I don’t feel like they are trying to up-sell me products I don’t need. I’ve also watched this group advise others and telling them when they do not need service or products.
