I am so grateful to Brandon and the mechanics who helped me out. Brandon was forthright, helpful, and completely professional. He searched for the best deal on tires that I needed (3/4 need to be replaced) and had his mechanics do all they could to get our somewhat battered car aligned at a fair and competitive price. Will definitely be back in the future and recommend to family and friends to go out of their way to have their tire & alignment needs done here! Shawn & Brandon are very professional. Their follow up & customer service was great. I had a tire rotation, a oil change plus a overall inspection for a great price & it was completed on time. Thanks guys.

We had an issue with one of the tires on our vending trailer. It aired down overnight at an event so we changed it out and dealt with it when we returned home. We aired it up back at shop and it seemed fine no holes found but it aired down overnight again. We took it to Big O and asked Sean to check it out since this is part of a 3 axle 40' vending trailer that weighs 30k lbs. He kept it overnight and found the issue was a crack in the rim! I was relived that he found the issue as that is a major safety concern. I brought him a new rim and asked that he install a new BFGoodrich tire rated for the trailer. We are good to go and as always Brandon's crew kept us rolling. Thanks for taking care of us!

I love using Big O Tires. My brother worked for them years ago, and although they are all separately owned, I have always had good experiences at each of their locations. They are honest, they have low prices, and they're friendly. No complaints. I highly recommend this location.

Went in for a wheel alignment after hitting the curb pretty hard. They checked my car and found that my car was fine and didn't need a wheel alignment. They could easily have done it anyway for the business but they didn't. Thanks for your honesty.

Sean was great. He's helped me before with my car. I helped my father in law get tires and Sean helped pick out the right tires and we made an appointment that worked for me the next day. We had the service done on 5/18/19. Now, my family is safe on the road. Thank you!
