Big O Tires

Brandon, You have a great bunch of guys working for you; Sean, Griffen, and Maroni, as well as the others... I actually drive out of my way from Santa Ana to get great service at the BIG-O in in Cypress, You guys got always me covered whether it's a battery, or an oil change, or a Toyota part replacement. I've been a Big-O Customer since I lived up north in Alameda, CA. now almost 4 years. Keep up the great work! Bill G

My truck needed power steering gear replacement, left & right arm replacement and alignment service. They did a great job and it drives/handles much better for a 20 yr old truck!! I come here always for my tire, shocks and break service. I recommend this store to everyone!

Sean Weyer was great and helped me with my car concerns. Specifically when my light that came on in my car for low tire pressure. I was reassured when they checked all 4 tires and censors. Excellent service. I even left my car for service since I was already there. I always come here because I'm never disappointed.

I only go to big o tires I feel they are reasonable helpful and very honest. Shawn really went the extra mile for me super good knowledgeable guy. Brandon the manager is always friendly and helpful also.

I have been going to the Cypress store fairly regularly for the last year and a half and the quality of service has gotten better and better in that time. The owner is very interested in customer service and takes time to talk with his customers. I was concerned with some recent changes in his management team but the new faces are very professional and knowledgable. I will continue to go to this Big O store for tires and service.

We had an issue with one of the tires on our vending trailer. It aired down overnight at an event so we changed it out and dealt with it when we returned home. We aired it up back at shop and it seemed fine no holes found but it aired down overnight again. We took it to Big O and asked Sean to check it out since this is part of a 3 axle 40' vending trailer that weighs 30k lbs. He kept it overnight and found the issue was a crack in the rim! I was relived that he found the issue as that is a major safety concern. I brought him a new rim and asked that he install a new BFGoodrich tire rated for the trailer. We are good to go and as always Brandon's crew kept us rolling. Thanks for taking care of us!
