Brandon was great. He accommodated me and worked on my car even close to their closing time. He took care of my car and recommended few things I needed to do without forcing me to buy anything.

On Tuesday, I submitted an unfavorable review based on my Thursday, tire install experience. One of my lug nut locks and key both fell into an irretrievable space during installation. Sean was really good about explaining the mishap and he assured me that Big O would replace and he would give me a call on Monday. My experience level declined when Monday came and went without any contact from Sean. Thankfully Brandon saw my unfavorable survey and reached out to me. He apologized and was very reasonable and empathetic to the situation. I felt as thought Brandon treated me in the same manner as he would have expected to have been treated had the shoe been on the other foot. Brandon explained what had happened. He followed through where Sean fell short. Once Brandon found out the distance between my office and his, he assumed the inconvenience by offering to come by my office and make the switch here and I gladly accepted. Brandon wanted to make sure he had the correct replacements and asked if he could come by and look at the locks? I said yes, and then offered to send him a picture text of the lug nut, which he gladly agreed. After he received my text, he communicated the lock difference and let me know he would have to go to the dealer and pick up the correct replacements. We both agreed that Brandon would meet up with me after we both had lunch. Brandon arrived as scheduled. He made the switch of regular lug nuts to ones with locks. In the process of replacing the lug nuts, he noticed the lug nuts were put on very tight and asked if I could bring the car by the shop so they could loosen. The current install had the lug nuts so tight, that I would not have been able to remove without help. Brandon provided me with all of the information, asked if I had questions, and reiterated his apology, noting the difference from receiving front end communication. Brandon is the owner of Big O. I would DEFFINITELY recommend his stores. I am going to count my initial experience as a one off. Thank you Brandon. Your customer service was impeccable. I appreciate your taking ownership for what happened and resolving the issue as one and done. I hope your corporate office knows that they have a good owner running the Cypress location!

Store personnel were very detailed in their diagnosis, and provided excellent recommendations.

I had my oil changed this past weekend and asked them to check the brakes as they were a little noisy. They could have taken advantage but didn't. There was nothing wrong with my brakes and he said they didn't need to be replaced at this time. They staff was friendly and helpful!

The Team went out of their way to make sure I had a tire that fit my vehicle. The went to another store so I could take advantage of my warranty. This was not only on a Sunday, but Super Bowl Sunday.

Great service by knowledgeable staff. Maroni provides excellent service and the team over there does not try to upsell the customer.

Welcomed even though i got the cheapest service with coupon

The service and staff were excellent, took me right in and no wait. Came in due to a flat. Bought my tires here with a warranty. Gave me no issues on the warranty, took the car right away, removed the tire, fixed the flat, and was off on my way in about 30 minutes. The only issue I had, which really was no issue at all, was that there was a box of donuts in the waiting room on the center table with flies flying all around it, would've got one but decided to leave it to the locals haha. Still, you can't beat the service!

Brandon, You have a great bunch of guys working for you; Sean, Griffen, and Maroni, as well as the others... I actually drive out of my way from Santa Ana to get great service at the BIG-O in in Cypress, You guys got always me covered whether it's a battery, or an oil change, or a Toyota part replacement. I've been a Big-O Customer since I lived up north in Alameda, CA. now almost 4 years. Keep up the great work! Bill G

Was at the Cypress California big O store for some new tires. The gentleman helping me with very knowledgeable on the products and help me decide what the best deal for the value would be. The store was extremely clean and customer friendly.

I was originally to go to Midas because I had a coupon for an oil change and tire rotation. Sean came very close to match the price so I decided to get my car serviced at this shop. During the whole process, Sean was courteous and professional. Kudos! I will be back again.
