Big O Tires

Was there about 3 weeks ago they had a very nice shop.

Once again Sean & Maroni really took care of me, which is the reason I keep coming back to you Big O store in Cypress CA.

I had a flat tire and took it to Big O to fix. I didn't get the tire from them but they were awesome. They fixed the tire for me in a very timely manner (just before they were to close up for the night) and sent me on my way. Great bunch of guys at this location.

Needed four tires for my daughter's Nissan Versa - they were not in stock at my local store, but they were able to pick them up and get them on in couple of hours. Got a second opinion on whether it needed an alignment - don't trust dealers recommendations. Ended up getting one for half the dealer cost.

My car had been not starring every morning I had taken to several places after three shops I came to big O rtires they found it had the wrong battery..

Maroni (not sure of the spelling} is always very courteous and friendly and meets the time that he tells you that your car will be ready. Yesterday as I came to pick up my car he walked out of the office and met me in the parking lot and handed me my keys. This is exceptional service and the reason that I get all of my service done there.

Maroni was a down-to-earth, helpful Big O Tire Associate. He has immense empathy for customers, and is respectful on top of that. His integrity knows no bounds as he understood that it took longer than expected to get my tires on, so he offered extra services for my patience. He is willing to go above and beyond to make certain the customer is satisfied with the product. Maroni is a strong asset to the Big O Tire Company and I bet he is one of the nicest associates in the branch. Thank you Maroni and the rest of the Cypress Big O Tire Company for your services, I'll be enjoying my Bigfoot Tires on the mountain!

Saxon was very helpful and went above and beyond to help me out with new tires for my car. I will highly recommend this store as long as Saxon is there!

Sean helped me replace my flat tire and was communicative of every issue along the way. The warehouse didn't have my particular Yokohama tire in stock which was kind of a bummer (as someone who is usually particular about things matching) but I didn't want to go wait the few days for it to ship. Sean called me as soon as he found out and provided me two comparable options from other brands, one that was more inexpensive and another that was about the same quality as my Yokohamas and around the same price. Was surprised to get my car back within a day, but because of my schedule I ended up picking it up the next morning. There was a little issue with the computer booting up that morning which was a little of an inconvenience as I expected to have my car to get to work, but Sean again took down my payment info and said he would call me back to confirm he would charge my card. I think Sean did such a great job despite some of the uncontrollable issues. My only suggestion is maybe allowing some kind of loaner tire for those who want a particular tire to get delivered. My tire wasn't in a good shape to be patched up temporarily, but it would've been nice to be able to order the tire I wanted and still drive my car with a loaner replacement tire"�without dealing with a car rental or the costs of Uber for a few days. If there was some option cheaper ($10/day)? I would have done so.
