Had an oil change done and service staff was very friendly.

I brought my wife's vehicle in for what I thought were new brake pads and rotors, due to the loud grinding noises and tires.We got a great deal on the tires and we only needs front pads (rotors were OK), and the back drum brakes were OK and just needed the dust cleaned out.

Service and quality of product, as before, was very good.

Very professional and friendly, will be returning in the future.

Needed four tires for my daughter's Nissan Versa - they were not in stock at my local store, but they were able to pick them up and get them on in couple of hours. Got a second opinion on whether it needed an alignment - don't trust dealers recommendations. Ended up getting one for half the dealer cost.

I bought a tire from them about 2 weeks ago. Took me right away, didn't have to wait. No sales pressure.

I've been going to BigO for many years. Now that I have an older car, I've been going a lot more lately. The staff at BigO has always been very nice and helpful. I mostly dealt with Geifen. I did have some issues with a part they had replaced and brought my car back a couple times because of it. They ended up replacing that entire part again, and did some additional work at no additional cost since I had to return so many times! I'll definitely be taking my car there for service, I just hope it won't be anytime soon! :-)

Hey Brandon, Sorry to hear that Sean is now in Anaheim, but Saxon took care of me, he actually owned the same Toyota Celica model to come out (mine is a GT, he had a later GTS model), he knows a lot about cars and is a nice guy to talk to. Thank you, Bill
