I have been coming to this big O tires location for four years since its next door to my work. This last year I changed work locations and am now 40 minutes away from this location but I continue to exclusively go to this location for all my families car needs. Consistency is key, regardless the worker on shift or the person answering the phone this location's service is superior to any other car place I've dealt with. Brandon, the store owner, is extremely on hands and involved in the day-to-day and his customer service is what keeps us driving all our cars the extra 40 minutes out of the way. Trust is hard with automotive mechanical issues and we have grown to completely trust Brandon's store to say it how it is and find us the best deal.

I went to this store in Cypress to get a diagnostic on my vehicle. They were very helpful and even offered to give me a ride to and from work, if needed. I felt they were very honest about what needs to be fixed on my vehicle and I left there knowing they truly want to help me out. The manager was very friendly and understanding of my situation. I will definitely be going to this store for everything now!

I love this place service is the best

After calling a couple of different tire shops and even a couple of Big O locations, Brandon stood out to me as a professional I could trust with my truck. I knew over the phone after the first 20 seconds (as I believe we all can sense) that Brandon knew exactly what he was talking about and was very capable. When I go to work in a customer's home, I try and provide the best service I can even if I am in a rush, and surprisingly Brandon was able to do that for everyone he spoke with during my visit. At one time he balanced about 3 phone calls while helping myself and another customer! Brandon's team of mechanics seemed very knowledgeable and capable as well, and they all took the time to do the job correctly, rather than rushing to clear their bays. Needless to say, the search for "my tire place" is over and I will definitely return the next time I need tires or other service

I brought my wife's vehicle in for what I thought were new brake pads and rotors, due to the loud grinding noises and tires.We got a great deal on the tires and we only needs front pads (rotors were OK), and the back drum brakes were OK and just needed the dust cleaned out.
