Customer representative was very helpful. He spoke with the owner Brandon who allowed the representative to work with me on the pricing of better quality tires. I buy my tires from the Cypress big o location because the owner Brandon has been honoring an alignment agreement purchased at another Big O location for my vehicles. Thanks Brandon!!!!

After calling a couple of different tire shops and even a couple of Big O locations, Brandon stood out to me as a professional I could trust with my truck. I knew over the phone after the first 20 seconds (as I believe we all can sense) that Brandon knew exactly what he was talking about and was very capable. When I go to work in a customer's home, I try and provide the best service I can even if I am in a rush, and surprisingly Brandon was able to do that for everyone he spoke with during my visit. At one time he balanced about 3 phone calls while helping myself and another customer! Brandon's team of mechanics seemed very knowledgeable and capable as well, and they all took the time to do the job correctly, rather than rushing to clear their bays. Needless to say, the search for "my tire place" is over and I will definitely return the next time I need tires or other service

I was at this location on Cerritos Ave yesterday and knew that I needed to send a review today. I have never been treated so nice at any business before. Josh who was the service rep that helped me is one of the most efficient and polite young man I have come across in my many years. I asked him if he was Military, because of his great manners, and he said no sir, just very good up bringing. You should be so lucky to have a employee such as Josh.
