Big O Tires

I dropped my Camry off to have the tires rotated and alignment done. Sean, a new manager at the Cypress, CA location, was very thorough and had me on my way in a matter of minutes. I received a phone call from Sean a few hours later stating that the alignment machine had broke down and they were unable to perform the service. The tech was able to rotate the tires, so I paid for that service and I was on my way just as quickly as the first time. I have used this Big O location numerous times in the last few years and I ALWAYS leave happy even if a problem arises.

Needed a tire balanced.Deseparate due to severe handling on Fwy.initially got frustrated by the Costco where I had purchased the 22 inch tires and the wheels, yet when I had gotten my 2014 Chevy Suburban Lemmoned, I had replaced with 2015 Chevy Tahoe after 3 mos.Fast forward....Costco will not service my tires nor wheels.But, with Coatco, it was not the price of $30 for all 4 tires....rude and their attitude.Needed tire balanced badly..got frustrated by Goodyears, Firestone - both in Buena Park because they can not balance 22 inch.Then to American Tire Depot on Cerritos and Walker - Cypress.....rude and expensive.Wanted to Charge $28 per tire. Fast Forward.... decided to try Big O tires.Great atmosphere and and professional service.Mgr.... listened to my story with professionalism.Great coffee at the waiting area + very clean! But, here is the deal... Not only did the manager listened to my sorry a?? Story and offered me a fresh brewed coffee.... He matched the price of Costco. Fast forward. It is not about money or anything in that nature.Just having professionals to deal with!

Having been with B O since 1968 I can always say the best of service and the best of quality. Tim was most delightful as we chatted together.

I was about 15 minutes late to my appointment to have tires put on, but Maroni at Big O kept the spot for me since I called ahead and got my truck into the shop before a big rush of people came in. They installed my new tires and did an alignment faster than I expected and got me back on the road in no time. The prices are great, and the service was excellent. The staff there is so kind and caring, especially Maroni, to their customers needs, definitely recommend them and will continue to come back to this store.

Brandon helped me with replacing my set of tires also purchased from a big o store that still had mileage warranty left on them. He has also been honest and has been honoring warranties for services purchased from other Big o stores or managers.
