I appreciate the greeting I receive and the shared knowledge of the employees. I feel they explain things in a way that allows me to be in on the decisions, not a bystander. I also appreciate when they inform me they are busy or behind.

I am completely satisfied with the service and pricing I received from the Big O Tires store. I walked in for an oil change and flat repair. I walked out with 4 new tires, repaired front and rear passenger side axle and alignment. The cost for all parts and labor is fair and reasonable. I recommend Big O Tires to all customers needing service and tires. The manager that served me (name slips my mind), Mr. Manaolo I think... was perfect. Excellent customer service. Excellent service and courteous staff. Received Free brake inspection, alignment check, battery test, placement of wheel studs, lug nuts and wheel alignment. This is important to me as I will be driving out of town this month and must be assured that all is well with my automobile.
