I was at this location on Cerritos Ave yesterday and knew that I needed to send a review today. I have never been treated so nice at any business before. Josh who was the service rep that helped me is one of the most efficient and polite young man I have come across in my many years. I asked him if he was Military, because of his great manners, and he said no sir, just very good up bringing. You should be so lucky to have a employee such as Josh.

Great deal and service contracts. Didnt cost me anything and provided a ride home. Thanks BIG O for the good service. This Cypress business is very personable.

The employees greet you and share with you all the details necessary explaining thoroughly about what will be done to your vehicle. Received postcard reminding me to schedule an oil change and filter. Also included was tire rotation. I was advised that my car needed alignment and approved work. During the time it took to complete work, manager drove me home and picked me up two hours later. Very polite manager and staff make women feel comfortable and confident. Thanks Big O for your good customer training.

I dropped my Camry off to have the tires rotated and alignment done. Sean, a new manager at the Cypress, CA location, was very thorough and had me on my way in a matter of minutes. I received a phone call from Sean a few hours later stating that the alignment machine had broke down and they were unable to perform the service. The tech was able to rotate the tires, so I paid for that service and I was on my way just as quickly as the first time. I have used this Big O location numerous times in the last few years and I ALWAYS leave happy even if a problem arises.

Paid for standard full synthetic. Shop could not locate, manager had to run to NAPA to get full synthetic and only was able to find premium Mobil1 synthetic.
