The staff are great, friendly and knowledged. Most of all, very honest. Something you don't really see these days at mechanic shops.

Great customer service and quick turnaround.

I was about 15 minutes late to my appointment to have tires put on, but Maroni at Big O kept the spot for me since I called ahead and got my truck into the shop before a big rush of people came in. They installed my new tires and did an alignment faster than I expected and got me back on the road in no time. The prices are great, and the service was excellent. The staff there is so kind and caring, especially Maroni, to their customers needs, definitely recommend them and will continue to come back to this store.

Had a slow leak; they fixed my tire quickly and were very friendly...!

Friendly efficient service

Came in for tire pressure light. Tires were checked and pressure fixed. No charge. Will be back when we need more services.Thanks.
