I am completely satisfied with the service and pricing I received from the Big O Tires store. I walked in for an oil change and flat repair. I walked out with 4 new tires, repaired front and rear passenger side axle and alignment. The cost for all parts and labor is fair and reasonable. I recommend Big O Tires to all customers needing service and tires. The manager that served me (name slips my mind), Mr. Manaolo I think... was perfect. Excellent customer service. Thank you all for the service and care provided.

Excellent service and courteous staff. Received Free brake inspection, alignment check, battery test, placement of wheel studs, lug nuts and wheel alignment. This is important to me as I will be driving out of town this month and must be assured that all is well with my automobile.

Stopped by the shop the day before for a quote. Called around noon the next day and advise them to pick up the tires. After work went to the shop for the installation. All was good, no issues, will back again.

Ive been coming to your cypress store for nearly 20yrs, where I've bought all my rubber for at least 5 different vehicles. I've seen quite a turn over in staff during this time, most noticably with the managers who have all been energetic and freindly. The new black manager is flat, some what freindly and almost sullen on both days I came in. The first day I came to make the appt for my tire rotation the next day, there were quite a few customers in the office and there was a quiet atmosphere of some kind of discontent. Defintely different compared to my history of visits. I hope this new mgr works out for you. The rest of the service was fine.
