Big O Tires

I came in on a Monday for an oil change and wheel alinement and was told the life time wheel alinement was no longer good. I left mad as I paid a bit more for that and was thinking BigO was a rip off. The manager called me a while later and told me he heard about the problem and looked it up and sure enough it was good and he would like to have me come in and get the service I wanted on Monday. I cam in on Tuesday and they did a good job but they told me 45 minutes and it took over 2 hours, for that part I was still not happy but know sometimes things happen.

Friendly staff. Good service. I just wish some one would have called me to let me know the tire had not arrived before I left work to go get it.

I had called in the morning and asked if I could get an oil change that day. Was told sure bring it in and it would probably take an hour or so. I had planned on waiting. Then when I got there they said 2 hours. I Ubered home and got a call about 4 hours later that it was done. Also the associate who wrote up my order was wearing a mask BUT it wasn't covering his nose!

Every time I go they take care of me I've been going there fir 7 yrs or more the team is great

Waited for 4-5 hours and price of tire too high ---thought could just fix leak of tire with a plug --but they said can't fix because puncture on side of tire? !!

It was done fast and smooth they change my oil and filter

the person/persons, I spoke over the phone with were awesome. but the associate that processed my order when I arrived was not. seemed very "don't really care" attitude. the buy two get two deal was a little misleading. the sign outside said the promo. then I finished the paperwork there were other restrictions. had to buy the protection plan and warranty. they could have told me ahead to time. not when everything was said and done.

After the change in management we wanted to try again. The service is great and the workmanship is excellent again.

May have been short staffed but the wait time was a bit long just for an oil change.

I had my car serviced for an oil change, power steering, and wind shield wipers everything was completed in a timley manner the only complaint was when i asked for them to complete my service log the gentleman at the front counter never heard of it was hesitant and assumed if somehting was to happen he would be a held accountable even though I never asked him to put his name I need to know my mileage and what was done to my car.

Explained services needed and was not pushy. Very professional staff.

Work done is consistently excellent, however customer service at front desk has severely declined. Staff at the desk I would consider unfriendly at a point of being describe rude. The term "unfriendly" is translated to me as not even making an effort to be friendly. No recommendation is extended or offered for additional service or concern on the car. When asked, the feeling I get is like I am wasting somebody's timeWill not come back at Valley View & Ball & go to another location.
