The man who greeted me was great and very knowledgeable. Unfortunately, whoever fixed my car was not as knowledgeable and stripped the oil plug for the oil pan. I had an oil leak and had to return so you could fix the problem. I appreciate the fix, but now I have oil all over my driveway and I had to waste another hour and a half in your store. Other than that the visit was fine.

I like this location and the owner (Cypress). Been taking both my cars here for a while for oil changes...only problem I've ever had they didn't check the tire pressure and didn't print a window sticker. I live up the street, so it wasn't a big deal. Will be back. Usually fast service with a reasonably clean area

It was OK, they call me about a part, I ask how much, he tells me, I say ok.And a hour later they call me to tell me he shouldn't have told me that, and it cost me 75 dollars more.

Thanks to John at the Cypress, CA store, incorrect load rated tires for 2002 Yukon 2500 XL were noted. These tires were installed by another Big-O store in Utah. Unfortunately, 1 of 4 replacement tires were defective and there was a delay in the installation while another tire was located at another store.

I've been a customer for years at the Big O of Cypress, buying numerous complete sets of tires for 5 different vehicles..

By Patricia | 9/6/2019
I called in advance of making my selection to come to Big O for my purchase. I was told to come after 3pm. I arrived at 3pm on Thursday, Feb. 14. It took three hours to change my tires. I had to miss a 6pm meeting. I didn't expect to spend three hours at Big O Tires. Unfortunately, the installer dropped one of my wheel locks and the key to the locks. Sean ensured me that I would not be out of pocket from replacement and that I would receive new lock and key by Monday, Feb. 18. It is Tuesday, Feb. 19; I haven't heard from Sean; and my tires are exposed for theft. Needless to say, I am not happy. I wasn't offered to keep one of my tires for use as a spare. All of my tires were disposed of. My time is valuable, I was inconvenienced with mistake of the installer. Fortunately, I was off on Monday and I could have brought my car by to change the lug nuts to lug locks. Unfortunately, I will now have to take time away from work to come resolve and I have to take time to call Sean. There was no additional compensation offered for my inconvenience. With this in mind, no, I will not recommend. I am feeling disappointed about my decision for choosing to do business here. I will be following up about my lug nut and lug lock replacement soon. I shouldn't have to do this since the error was not mine.

Thank you for receiving me well. I waited a couple of days to see how my tires are doing. Shaun told me all tires have pressure of 32. I left the store with 3 tires same pressure but still the back passenger tire is still down 2 pounds. Till this day, I have two front tires with pressure 35, back left passenger with pressure 34, and right passenger side with pressure 31. I never had this problem before. Which gauges are wrong? My car or your nitrogen gauge?

I went in asking for an alignment because my steering wheel was slightly off centered and I was getting abnormal wear on the inside of my front tires. I also asked for a balance and rotation and oil change. No problem...right? They complete the oil change, sell me an air filter... Cool. When it came to the alignment, the technician told me that my toe was off but camber and castor were "within tolerance". Now I used to work at a mechanics shop doing alignments. I can clearly read the results and I can see that the technician has altered the "tolerance". Which means instead of the tolerance being something like 4 degrees, it was at 15 degrees. The whole entire scale for my camber and castor was green. This should be. I questioned him on it and he was certain that "the truck would drive straight. He told me that the alignment rack is telling him that my alignment is not perfect but within manufacturer tolerance. As much as I knew this werected not true, I decided to trust the guy and take it for a drive. First thing I noticed, my steering wheel is now 15 degrees or more tilted to the left and the truck pulls left so hard it nearly pulls me into oncoming traffic on a street which has a downward right slope. I immediately turn around and make my way back to BigOTire and explain to the technician what was happening. By this time there was already another car on the alignment rack and I had to wait about an hour before they were done with that car just so they can see where they went wrong in mine. The tech eventually puts my truck back up on the rack, get the reading, comes over to get me again, and tries to explain to me that there is nothing he can do. That the system he is using is telling him that it's "within tolerance" and that because we rotated the tires that the alignment "feels" off because the tread on my tires hadn't wore in yet. That once the tread settles then my alignment will get better on its own. WHAT A CROP OF CRAP!!! I told myself that there is no winning here and that I'd pay for it to get done right at a place where they know what they're doing. So that's what I did. I went to another shop. They fixed my alignment and while they were at it, found out that they didn't even balance my tires, which I payed for!!! I'm extremely unhappy with the services performed here and I have told everyone close to me to NEVER use BigOTire again. I basically walked out of there paying $130 for a air filter, 8 qts of oil and a oil filter. Ripped off.

I have been going to Big O for a long time as it has undergone many personnel changes. John was helpful and knowledgeable about my vehicle issues and helped to get them corrected. The tech blew it! As my vehicle is being driven back to the parking space, the tech is on his cell phone. Not only is he talking while driving my truck but he stays in my truck in the parking space right out the window I am standing at. He continues his call for another couple of minutes and I have to go outside and tell him to get out. If it wasn't for John, the rating would have been lower.

New tires and front struts were done, gave me a ride home because it was getting late

Just to let you know that I made an appointment just to have a wheel balance and rotation. The appointment was for Friday 4-12-19 at 9:00am. I arrived around 8:40am. There was only one other car being serviced at that time. I ended up being there for 2 hours for a balance and rotation. Left around 10:30am. Other customer who were making purchases were being serviced while my truck sat on the rack. Sorry about the feedback, but it is what it is. I had other things to do that morning and took the day off of work to handle things.

I came in on Saturday for an oil change tire rotation and alignment. They told me It would take over two hours so I made an appointment for the next day for 11 am. I didn't get out of there until after 130 pm. They told me it would be 69.99 but when I came in the next day it was 89.99. Very unhappy

I initially came in on December 31 with a flat tire. I was not told about the tire protection plan I could have added for only $10. I unfortunately had to come in only two weeks later because I had the bad luck of hitting a pothole and damaging my new tire. That was when I found out I could have been covered the first time and ended up spending another $100 to replace the tire. I wasn't happy with not being told about the tire protection plan, as I could have saved money the second time I had to come in.

Andy problem - I parked by the island. Andy opened the door and told me to move my car (I was probably 30 feet away). Shawn came to me and said to park in the handy cap space. I went in and not a good morning from Andy. I told him I made a 8:00 am appointment. He told me there were quite a few people came in at 7:30 am and there will be a long wait. I told him then why Brandon approved the appointment in the beginning of the week. And he said the computers do not talk to each other and the appointment do not mean a thing. I started to get angry and he was very forceful. I did not like the way I was treated. Shawn stepped in and trying to calm the situation. Andy said you take care of this and stormed off into the garage. Shawn said appointments are first priority and tried to make me calm down. After awhile, (I was there from 8 am to 11:30 am). Andy has another incident another customer. The arguing went for a few minutes and he as gotten louder. My son was getting really scared. I approached the customer and Andy. I told Andy not to be yelling at customers and mistreat them. Then he started yelling at me. I walked away and stated what customer service. The customer was very angry and I was tempted to call the police but Shawn took the customer outside to calm everything down. And Andy just kept on rambling on. The customer approached me and asked if I had any information to get a hold of you and I told him your name and just write on your web site. Shawn approached me to apologized and I told him that he better get a hold of you because this should not be happening in a business. Shawn told me he was on the phone with you. After the telephone call with you. I am not sure what you said to him but his attitude and expression has changed. Andy approached me and wanted to apologize to me. I told him that I will not accept and I felt very discarded. I have never been treated this way. I did not let my ex-husband do it and why should I let Andy. I feel he has no respect for women. After yelling match with me and the customer. Andy sounded so sweet on the phone. I can see how I am going to be treated by people. And the first expression from Andy was intimating. I had to purchase a new set of tires. I feel I should of went somewhere else. I am not sure if I will come back. But, if I knew that Shawn would be there. I would only want to see him (but if Andy was there too, I would probably turn around and leave). I don't not feel your location is a safe place. I do not know how a Service Manager mistreat customers like that. I pretty sure the other customer was right. He must of had something bothering him to treat other people that way. I never felt discarded like that before. HE SCARES ME!!!

Well taken care of by Brandon; thank you

I have been going to this store for almost 2 years. There has been 3 different managers during that time (I think.) This time I worked with the service manager (can't recall his name), and he is why I won't be returning. He was dismissive and unhelpful. When I asked for more information on the various fluids that were checked all he could say is that they were fine. He seemed to go between annoyed that I was asking questions and unaware I was even waiting. After he said it would be just a few more minutes, I waited 50 minutes for the car to be ready. He never once made eye contact or acknowledged the long wait, which was a total of 2 hours and 50 minutes for an oil change and coolant flush. The mechanic who worked on my car took a few minutes to speak with me (with eye contact and no condescension.) I appreciated his respect and help, however I just won't be coming back.

I used them week ago and it was great, the customer service was great and they've great knowledge of what I needed for my car.
