I typically go to Big O for tires on my Classic VW beetle, because they can get my unusual size and the price was always great. But my last purchase was a real fiasco. They had a hard time finding them and when they did they had to be ordered and it would be a 3 to 5 day wait for them to arrive. So I had to run around for almost a week waiting for them. After 5 days I called to see if they had come in, they had them but did not call me to have them put on, I was disappointed to know they had been sitting there with no notice. And when they did put them on they no longer had the special tool required to balance my type of rims, so I had to purchase an adapter for my own to bring to them to do the balancing which cost me another $35. Also this set of tires cost me an additional $30 for having the tires shipped from the warehouse, something I had never heard of in all my years of buying tires for my vehicles. Looks like I will be looking for a new place to be getting my tires for my Beetle, since I own my own balancer now,, it doesn't matter who puts them on. Pity I liked the convenience of their location.

I have always went to your store for my car needs (Oil change, rotate tires, nitrogen, purchase tires). But this time, I did not feel confident to drive my car after your techs worked on it. The problems were: 1) Noticed when my car was in the garage that my front left wheel was bent. The tech pulled it out and he realized that he did not tighten all bolts on the wheel. I realized that if I did not see that what could of happened? When, I told Maroni what happened he told another tech to put the car up again and make sure all wheels were tighten. 2) I still felt funny and asked Maroni if they checked the tires and put some nitrogen in my tires. He found out the they did not. So, I had to wait for them to put nitrogen in my tires. Still while checking out that if they really rotated my tires? I should of marked them before I brought the car in. I have nothing bad to say about Maroni, he apologized and gave me a free oil change for next time. I always thought Marion was very helpful when I come in. Your techs are a different story. June 24, 2017 @ 9:00 am. There where 5 or 6 people in line. Marioni had to ask for help and when he was moving cars. He also had to ask for help to pickup the phone while the guys where just talking and taking their time to start their day. I don't know what to say. I am not sure how long you owned this business but customer service on the tech side is questionable. I don't feel safe bringing my car unless I babysit it while your tech work on it. One other thing, you should have some chairs outside so your customers have a place to sit other than in your store. Sometimes, I am unable to take the smell of the tires while my car is being worked on. Again, no problem with Maroni, great customer service. I give him a 10 :).

Sean and the ownership really care about customer service and they're very easy to speak with.

A 1.5 to 2 hr job (front brake pads and rotors) took over 4 hrs; it ruined my whole morning. As time passed, I became frustrated and the lack of communication from the service team. At the end, the original point of contact transferred the close out to another person to avoid speaking with me. Not happy with this visit at all.

About a month and haft ago I had taken my car to get it serviced because there was a rattling noise coming from under the hood. So some work was done thst it included an oil change. The amount that I was charged back then was not the amount that I understood I was going to be charge. I was charge 3 times the amount. I was shown 3 different totals but no grand total on a piece of scrap paper. So I point to one of the totals. Because I didn't get it "in writing" what services did that total was covering I had no choice but to come up with the funds. " will be paying much more because I had to put partial of it on a credit card"! I told the guy it must be the wrong total and told him what total I had agreed on and all he could say it was a misunderstanding. I told him I did not misunderstood him because if I would have seen a "grand total" I would have not gotten all done! I was told my car was good for long while! Here I am NOW a month and halft later back for the same rattling noise and another issue of the car shaking when I came to a stop. Now they are wanting to charge me again to get it fix. I asked why was this problem not caught the last time was there when the diagnostic test was done. I asked isn't the test they run to catch the problems the car is having. They told me it's a new problem! Of course I don't have the funds so I asked what was the minimal they can do to get my car back home. They told me with an oil change it should help it. That part of the problem was it had dirty oil! I reminded them I had just gotten an oil change a month and half ago! So how could the car have dirt oil! Plus they are wanting to charge me $100+ for it! Makes me wonder if they even did the oil change the month and half ago!! I had no choice but to get it done. They didn't end up charging me! I have been taking my car to this location for years and never had an issue until now. So disappointed!!!

Not good! I bought 2 new tires for the front on my car. You're manager told the guys in the shop to put them on the back. After the fact he told me, "The new tires should go on the back."I've worked on cars for 50 years. Everyone knows you put the newest tires on the front, like I requested. He really wanted to force me to buy new tires for the front soon. I will never do business with you again and I'm telling everyone I know about this unethical practice.

Went and got 4 new tires. Great price with warranty. Aligned and everything. My car lists to to the right. Started on same day. I have to call again this morning to take it back in. Great service and all. Only issue is having to go back a second time so soon. Very time consuming.

Basic removal of tire knowledge Was not performed here. Technician rounds off all lug nuts. In proper socket choice cause damage to Lugnuts. I personally removed damage Lugnuts as vehicle sat at service bay door. This has not been the Big O Tire experience I have had for the past 10 years. At no point did John the manager thank me for my help of of there mistake or offer to replace the damaged Lugnuts. Thanks Tom Vernon. Not much of a Big O Tire fan anymore.

Your assigned manager at your Big O Tire facility in Cypress, CA (along Valle view Street and Cerritos Ave) showed very poor customer service. He seems like he needs more training in dealing with customers.

I called and made an appointment informing the manager I wanted two tires of the same make and model tire I had on the front of my car ( Bog O Euro ). He assured me he would have the tires at the store in time for my appointment. I arrived at the store and was told they were installing two tires that were not what I requested. I asked why and was told they were discontinued. Why didn't the manager tell me that on the phone. I didn't want two different sets of tires on my car. If I had known they were discontinued I would have called every store in the area to see if any one had them in stock. When my car was ready I noticed green valve stem covers. I asked what they were and was told it signifies my tires were filled with nitrogen. I didn't want nitrogen in my tires. Why wasn't I asked if I wanted air or nitrogen ? Why would some one assume I want nitrogen with out even asking. My receipt had a line item that read " Free Valve Stems" and right below was a $16 charge for valve stems. I asked about and was told..."OK, let me fix that" . He then proceeded to remove the line that said free valve stems. Really ? That's how you fix it ? Maybe there was a promotion for free valve stems. I have never seen any thing like this before. I paid my bill and left. I intend to go on social media and let every one know that this location of BIG O Tires is a big ripoff. I will never go back to any Big O Tire location again and I will tell all my friends.
