Big O Tires

It is disappointing that a warranty for a belt separating cannot be honored by this store because they say "You must call corporate".To the customer a Big-O is a Big-O.We should not be prevented from getting a warranty fulfilled because we purchased the tires from a store that is now closed.We were forced to purchase new tires because of the danger of the tire blowing up with the belt separation.The Big-0 warranties are useless.

They explained to me why it came out to be that price because my car needed a certain type of oil.

We waited 2;35 minutes for an oil change. We were there when the business opened. That's just yuck

Brake job not done properly. Had to come back a month later after experiencing issues with my brakes.

Wasn't satisfied with visit. Definitely will not return nor recommend to a friend

I came in on a Monday for an oil change and wheel alinement and was told the life time wheel alinement was no longer good. I left mad as I paid a bit more for that and was thinking BigO was a rip off. The manager called me a while later and told me he heard about the problem and looked it up and sure enough it was good and he would like to have me come in and get the service I wanted on Monday. I cam in on Tuesday and they did a good job but they told me 45 minutes and it took over 2 hours, for that part I was still not happy but know sometimes things happen.

I was charge $420 (labor only) to replace (1)left lower ball joint & (1)right lower ball joint plus $220 in parts (2 ball joints). I look up parts online and they cost way less. I called different places and i was quoted less to have them replace the ball joints. I feel like i was ripped off! and to add insult to injury, the noise i was complaining about continues.

Friendly staff. Good service. I just wish some one would have called me to let me know the tire had not arrived before I left work to go get it.

Well it took 3 hours to put on 4 new tires.They broke one of my tire sensors, but they replaced.Now my tire sensor alert will not turn off.I took it back and they said it's all good the alert will turn off it hasnt.

It was done fast and smooth they change my oil and filter

I went to get the tire rotation and oil change and after they make me wait for 2 hours they were acting like they did the tire rotation but before I left I checked the tires they didn't rotate them and they still under the warranty they sale me for the tires and then they want to charge me for the oil change $ 41it was $19.99 but when I complain about the tire rotation they didn't charge me for the oil change

Every time I go they take care of me I've been going there fir 7 yrs or more the team is great

I had an excellent experience at the Cypress location. Maroni showed and explained what l needed on my car and it runs very smoothly after servicing. Will go back there for routine maintenance. Thank you.

After the change in management we wanted to try again. The service is great and the workmanship is excellent again.

One flat, they said all needed replacing. Two other tire places disagreed. I had this store replace the flat but they never told me what happened to my tire to get the flat. I think it might have just popped off the rim. Don't trust this place one bit.

May have been short staffed but the wait time was a bit long just for an oil change.

Your customer service was bad at best.Very unfriendly, not connected at all. I deal with the public all week long and if my staff treated people like that?The Store, shop is desperately hurting in moral as well.In the past I replaced all my tires and asked for a vehicle inspection heading out for a very long 3000 mile trip. Something simple was over looked and it was very costly.

I had my car serviced for an oil change, power steering, and wind shield wipers everything was completed in a timley manner the only complaint was when i asked for them to complete my service log the gentleman at the front counter never heard of it was hesitant and assumed if somehting was to happen he would be a held accountable even though I never asked him to put his name I need to know my mileage and what was done to my car.

I came in for an oil change and a wheel alignment. I was given a 1 and 1/2 hour wait time. I needed up waiting for my car for over 3 hours. When i got to my car, the seats where filthy with grease and so where the door handles, the floor and the steering wheel... I will never return to this place
