Work done is consistently excellent, however customer service at front desk has severely declined. Staff at the desk I would consider unfriendly at a point of being describe rude. The term "unfriendly" is translated to me as not even making an effort to be friendly. No recommendation is extended or offered for additional service or concern on the car. When asked, the feeling I get is like I am wasting somebody's timeWill not come back at Valley View & Ball & go to another location.

I went in to have a tire repaired. I was told it couldn't be repaired and I should replace the other front tire. And then the trouble began. Even after I asked they didn't reset the flat tire light. I stopped by and they reset it but said I'd have to drive a couple hours for it to turn off. It never turned off so I returned. While I was waiting for the reset to be done an advisor came and told me my battery was dead and I needed a new one. What?? Why?? How?? I went to speak to manager on duty and he got angry at the worker who told me. He did angrily that he told him to jump my battery, not tell me! He came to me after jumping the battery and I told him I felt like something was going on. I asked what he had done. He raised his voice and his hands saying he hadn't done anything. I felt threatened and disrespected. I told him to stop talking to me and that I didn't appreciate him raising his voice. He didn't apologize. It was the worse garage experience I've ever had!!

the guy checking in the customers seemed indifferent, not a real people person. There was not smile or hello just what did you need attitude. I had an alignment done but after driving away had to go back my steering wheel was not centered the guy worked on it a little more but it still wasn't quite right, i didn't fill like going back a second time. This was my second time at this store first time was about 3 years ago and the service was much better that time. Just in case this is the cypress store i visited. There was a guy that checked in before me he was having 1 tire replaced and i left before he did.

Visited them several months ago and it took them 3hrs to figure what my vehicle needed for repair. Used their shuttle service to go home and had to call 3 times to follow up with the Manager what was going on and the answer was not only rude but saying that he will call & just wait! After calling back he enumerated more than a dozen recommendation to fix my vehicle & it was almost closing time!

I have several sets of tires from Big O and generally get good service. But lately, service seems to be off. Recent oil change took all day and I had to call to find out status of my vehicle. I own an old truck which uses an odd size tire, I know that the tire is still made by certain manufacturers but didn't know if big O could get them. One young man couldn't find them in the website (which is why I asked, the website doesn't support a search for a 16.5" tire) so he said Big O can't get them. The next guy insisted that only a 8.5 x 16.5 was being made (not true), neither would take the time to pick the phone and call the supplier (warehouse), so I guess that set of tires will be purchased from someone else.

I wouldn't go back. And that truly makes me sad.... And I don't need anyone from corporate calling and bugging me... It is what it is.... I went to Bigotires for 5 years.... Never again...

I've only been to this store twice. Overall, in the end I was happy. It's also near my home and in an excellent location if you want to take a walk somewhere or get a bite to eat while you wait. But I'd like to describe my two experiences separately because there are a couple of things that rubbed me wrong. 1) In 2014 I owned a Hyundai Veloster and needed tires. I had just returned to work and wanted to do business but only wished to spend what was necessary. I explained when I went in that I wanted JUST the tires, whatever charges go with them, a 6 month alignment and that was it. NO road hazard warranty. Period. They guy working the counter at the time was a young kid. He kept trying to up sell me on the road hazard warranty, but I politely declined (I was asked two or three times). I was unfortunately in a bit of a crunch for time and I didn't feel I had the right to rush the staff. So I told them I still wanted the tires and alignment, but that I'd definitely return the next day. I asked them to show me the total price before I left. The next day, I returned. When I did, the same young guy was at the counter. He recognized me, we confirmed the tires and alignment I'd requested the day before, and he proceeds to produce a total. When he told me what the total would be, I quickly told him, "That wasn't the price we discussed yesterday. Can I please see the printout of the itemized charges". He obliged me, and when I looked at the paper, he had attempted to charge me for the road hazard warranty I had specifically, very solidly stated that I didn't want". I was annoyed and was quick to tell him, "I told you several times yesterday that I did not want a road hazard warranty of any kind". He removed the item, but then proceeded to ask me again, and again if I wouldn't change my mind. He even went as far as to try to sell it to me for 50% less. At that point, I was annoyed and told him, "I appreciate where you're coming from, but I'm on a specific budget. Thank you, but no. I DO NOT want any road hazard warranty". All this while someone who appeared to be of authority was sitting in the office behind him. I almost asked for someone of authority, but I just didn't want to be ugly about it. After the installation and alignment, I drove away to discover that whomever had performed the alignment, never bothered to center the steering wheel. So the only way I could drive in a straight line was to keep the steering wheel turned about 25 - 30 degrees to the right. So I then had to return the following day and sacrifice more personal time to have them do what they should've done correctly the first time. I was left the impression that they were put off by the fact that they couldn't up sell me. I'd also like to mention that on the first day I arrived, the person who took my mileage left my car in the middle of the parking lot, where it couldn't be seen, with the windows down and the doors unlocked (gee thanks, I'll bet he wouldn't have done it to his own vehicle). 2) My second experience was just recently on Saturday, November 1st 2016. I had a slow leak in my passenger side rear tire. I arrived at about 8:00am or so right after work. This is on my current car, a 2013 Scion XB with chrome rims and matching stem caps. I told myself before I even got out of my car, "You better take your stem caps with you, you can't trust these guys (or anyone at convenience shops for that matter)". But I decided I should relax and be more trusting of people. So I go in and talk to the gentleman at the counter. I don't recall his name but he was the nicest guy one could possibly have the good fortune to interface with. He should be commended and recognized just for his pleasant demeanor alone. I'm serious about that. We confirm that my tread is good and after a while my car gets driven into the garage. After a half hour or so, the nice gentleman at the counter tells me my car is ready. Fortunately I just had a small screw that was in the center of the tir

Disappointed because they didn't notice I had a nail on 1 of my tires. They just put air in the one tire that was low. Upset that I had to go back to get it fixed. Only returned here because I had warranty on my tires that I purchased here

Sales person does not greet with a smile. Asking questions about certain things and unable to even give me an estimate ball figure. Like around $50.00 to $75.00 for example on a certain request. Very slow in registering your needs.

I'm a long time customer at this location. I came in for an oil/filter change, and knew I needed a new battery. I also knew the oil pan gasket was leaking, so I expected that too. The service tech called and gave me the new price over the phone, but when I arrived he was already gone. The new tech knew nothing of the quoted price. Service on my car was excellent, but next time I'll get the quote in writing.

I have been bringing my cars for service for quite some time. The service is good. It's close and hours are convenient. I do have a suggestion. The manager can be a bit more involved and show more interest.

I dropped my car off Friday morning, got it back Friday evening. On Saturday, my service engine light is on. And Monday morning, both lights are now on.
