Sean was great. He's helped me before with my car. I helped my father in law get tires and Sean helped pick out the right tires and we made an appointment that worked for me the next day. We had the service done on 5/18/19. Now, my family is safe on the road. Thank you!

I brought my wife's car in due to a weird sound from the area at the tailpipe.Come tofind out, the exhaust pipe had broken off at the flange on the muffler.They said they didn't have the equipment to fix it, but suggested a few nearby places.Also, I brought my truck in to have them check the brakes.They said they were noisy and were due for a pad change, but could wait at the next oil change

I have begun to rely on BigOTires for oil changes and tire issues. Great service and hours of operation. Reasonable prices on oil changes and other services. I like the wheel alignment plans.

I have an 87 e250 Econoline Ford Van and whom ever you get the parts from sent the wrong ones or only half of them. I spent 8hrs waiting for brakes to be done. Shawn and the mechanic did everything to make me comfortable and informed.

Work done quickly and also looked up recalls on my vehicle for items that were acting up
