Big O Tires

Actually went in 3 days in a row by choice. First day, I had an "idiot light" on the panel that I didn't recognize. They came out, looked at it and asked to pull into the bay to check and inflate tires. No charge and very courteous. Second day, went in for routine oil change. He came out with a suggestion to add an additve and explained the reasoning behind it. Again, very explanatory. Prior to leaving, he sat down with me for about 5 mins to explain a issue that may create major problems in the future. He was very detailed but not at all pushy. I explained to him that I'd have to let him know on the additional services. Again, he never pushed it. Very polite about it. So, I called back on the 3rd day to complete the service. Before they began the work, I was again refreshed on the reasoning of the service required. I chose to wait for the car. They offered me drinks, popcorn and asked if I was comfortable. After the service was completed, I was called up. He explained in detail the service that was completed. The costs hadn't changed. NEVER attempted to sell me anything else. I was extremely happy with that. He also told me that my alignment package was to expire in 5 mos and to bring the vehicle back prior to the expiration date. I was extremely satisfied with the service, the courteous service personnel and their willingness to assist customers. I'd hear them with other customers and they'd get the same treatment. Steve is a really fair guy! He is willing to make it right if something was done wrong. Very family feel to his store. When you are putting your life in a car or your family’s life, you want to be able to feel safe! Steve makes Big O Tires a place that we can take our vehicles to get worked on and know we are getting the best service and care for our vehicle.

I do not normally submit reviews, but Steve helped us and had such a wealth of knowledge and advice that helped us make the best choice! I just had to share. I will definitive returning.

Steve and staff always greet you with a smile and is very friendly. Very helpful with explaining to you the repair/service that's needed also along with competitive pricing. They push to get you in and out of there with a complete service. They have changed the waiting area to be CDC Guidelines with the plexi glass on counter and sitting available inside and out to assure comfortability while awaiting or picking up your vehicle. My Husband and I truly appreciate the elite service we receive at this location. Keep up the good work Big O Murrieta!! You Rock!!!!

They had to order my tires so I paid for that with an oil change. Next day they installed my tires but I think they forgot to change my oil. I keep forgetting to call them.
