Big O Tires

I went in for breaks and shocks. Mercedes quoted me 1000$ just for one shock! I came here and turns out that wasn't even the problem. I came out with my car running smoother then when I bought certified new, and I saved so much money that I really can't afford to waste on things my car doesn't need. Definitely coming again for anything my car needs.

While this governor is trying to figure out how to keep business going thru this pandemic, it appears the owners here at Big O are a step ahead, from the customer service to the technicians they are one step above. Thank you Trudeau’s

Very busy, but very attentive.

Steve the owner and Dan, his #1 guy, treated me with great focus/attention. The work was replacing a blown heater hose and Brake hydro boost. It was done on time and drop and pick up was a breeze.

I damaged a front left tire from debris on the road. This facility had my tires in stock. The associate checked my remaining tires and told me there was plenty of tread on them. He did not try to up-sell me on a new set which I appreciate. Replaced 2 of the 4 tires for a reasonable price. He offered the warranty on them but I declined as the other tires were not purchased there and could not be covered. I will come back when I'm ready for a new set. :-)

The owners and staff of the Big O store on Call Oaks in Murrieta are among the most upfront and honest group in the industry. Super friendly, tell you what the problem is, and offer several solutions - they have never tried to upsell or pressure me into a larger puchase.
