The young man who waited on me was very pleasant. He'd never seen a KIA K900. We both discovered you can't rotate the tires because the back wheels are bigger than the front wheels. We both learned something! Very pleasant experience and not a long wait!

Got my wheel bearings done before 12. Would have been even earlier, but Nissan took a long time delivering parts.

Chris and Mike have both been amazing to me and I'm so grateful I came there for my flat tire and thanks to them I'll be back on Saturday to get all new tires from them , which they gave me a wonderful deal on an excellent set of tires , thank you so much ,Danica :)

I drove from Denver, Colorado to Hemet, California and got a flat. The customer service was quick and friendly. Fixed my tire in less than 20 minutes.

BIG O continues to remain my favorite all-around automotive shop. The owner's were gracious enough to squeeze me in on a very busy day. I had a tire emergency with a weekend trip pending, so time was of the essence. I was towed in and they expertly solved my problem. I was so impressed that his wife was working on her birthday to help out. Personal customer service works for me.
