Called for tires as I had received an email notice of sale. Danny got the tires from warehouse same day and drove in and he installed the tires and checked out the rest of the vehicle. He pointed out y TT gat I had one blown shock and priced a pair. Ill do that another visit. This is the third vehicle I have had serviced by Big O this year at different locations around the country with great service at each.

By far the best place to go for regular service maintenance needs. Staff are fantastic and always seem to go above and beyond to keep the customer happy!

Outstanding service, the guys go over and above every time I bring one of the cars down. Stayed late to finish the tire installation on a Sunday no less. Grateful there is No need to even think of going anywhere else for tires or service. Great job

I mentioned to Steve, the owner, that I drove by several other shops that all offer oil changes to come to this particular store. I have been here often and appreciate the personal service and all of my experiences here have been trustworthy and always a great price. The shop is always immaculate, the coffee bar is always well-stocked and the TV options make the wait very comfortable. Highly recommend this Big O Tire shop.

I thought customer service was demonstrated. The wait time was a little long. In the future I will leave the car that way time won't matter. Overall I thought the operation was really good.I will return in the future.I thought my car had a brake problem, Steve told me it didn't. He could have told me anything and I wouldn't have known the difference. That type of honesty in the world today is rare.With that attitude his business will continue to grow.There are still some old school people who believe in that type of service.

Even though there have been a couple changes in ownership since going to Big "O"� there heart and sincerity is with you. The owner is concerned about you and your needs not the opposite. I have been going there for four years. Give them a shot to see what I mean!
