I made an appointment for tire rotation For my F350 online which was easy to complete. Received a confirmation via email. I had purchased my tires at another Big O out of state during a cross country trip. This was no problem to the local shop. Quick response and service had me back on the road in an hour. I've been treated well by several Big O shops and offer that good opinion of Big O when relating my journey.

I'm always happy with the service I get at Big O Tires. My late husband has been taking our Honda there ever since he purchased the car. I have been continuing to take the Honda there and am always pleased with the friendliness and knowledge of the personnel there. They are always willing to help me and being a single woman, it is so important not to be taken advantage of.

I have a 2004 Toyota Sienna, and I feel absolutely confident that Steve at Big-O is going to take great care of my "baby" as the car has miles and miles to go!

Recently had a several issues resolved regarding brake issues on my wife's car. Steve and his guys did a great job finding the problems and taking are of them. Highly recommend them, not only for tires but any other problem you may have on your car.
