I was completely wrong and I had a terrible miss communication with my wife, Christine regarding the service she received recently at your store. I did not listen to her correctly from where I am calling her and I apologize for any improper comments I had made. Her service was excellent and our Tundra is running very well. You both have done a lot for Christine and I and I am truly appreciative for the outstanding service we always receive at your store. Please accept my apology for earlier comments, it was my fault for not listening to what my wife was telling me. If i may please suggest...if there are parts to be brought in before works start probably you need to inform the customer/s that in case of a delay in parts delivery customers should be informed of any delays ASAP so customer/s maybe able to make adjustments of other scheduled matters he had planned before hand! Thank you.

Whether it was buying a new tire for our fifth wheel trailer or having my Super Duty Ford serviced, I have had a wonderful experience with the Cal Oaks shop. I have bought tires at the store for other cars and I will be replacing the fifth wheel's remaining old tires shortly. Knowledgeable, fair, quick and convenient are adjectives I can agree with.
